Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires 40 hours per week, dayshift, and active licensure with NPTE eligibility. Travel credentials and state license are essential.

The Physical Therapist will assess patients requiring rehabilitation, develop plans of care, and deliver skilled therapy under physician orders. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is key to achieving patient goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited program and current state licensure or in process.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
