Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Prescott, Arizona. The role calls for 40 hours per week, with 10-hour day shifts and flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or aBachelor's with NPTE) and has at least one year of experience, current licensure or in-process licensure, and CPR certification. Travel benefits and comprehensive credentialing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families
• Develop plans of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders
• Collaborate with disciplines to meet patient goals
