Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Coupeville, WA. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and the chance to deliver evidence-based care in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop personalized rehab plans, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure safe, effective outcomes. Travel-friendly benefits and strong support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain infection control and safety during sessions.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
• Assist discharge planning for community or home-based settings.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
