Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; experience welcomed for New Grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Apply PT techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care team members.
• Educate patients on home exercise and preventive strategies.
