Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations using standardized tests and history.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Perform PT treatments and operate modalities safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to coordinate care.
