Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to support a Skilled Nursing Facility in Andalusia, Alabama. This 13-week assignment requires 40 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour shift and a Monday–Friday schedule plus one weekend rotation per month.

Travel between facilities may be needed as part of the role. Applicants should hold a PT degree from an accredited program and possess an active state license to start, with BLS potentially required.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to SNF patients during travel assignment.
• Follow schedule: Monday to Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
• Float to other facilities as needed during the assignment.
