Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment in Jackson, Alabama. This travel role requires 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift each day and Monday-to-Friday scheduling plus one weekend rotation per month.

You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, floating to other facilities as needed and enjoying comprehensive traveler benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with mobility, balance and rehabilitation goals.
• Travel assignment duties include coverage across facilities as needed.
