Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Macon, GA. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing rehab plans, and coordinating care with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home programs and self-management strategies.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
