Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will evaluate and treat patients across hospitals and clinics, delivering evidence-based plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
- PT experience preferred; new grads welcome.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices.
- Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for coordinated care.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
- Maintain a safe treatment environment and infection control.
- Participate in quality assurance and professional development.
- Assist in discharge planning for smooth transitions.
- Perform other duties within scope of practice.
