Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license required.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine treatment needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
- Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Operate PT equipment safely and document progress in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
- Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention.
- Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement and discharge planning as needed.
- Perform other duties within scope of practice.
