DayToDay Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, performing clinical assessments, operating therapy equipment, and coordinating with healthcare teams.

You will document progress, support discharge planning, and participate in quality improvement activities while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in Colorado.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong clinical, communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to lift and move patients and equipment safely.
• Excellent interpersonal and sensory skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and document findings.
• Develop and adjust personalized therapy plans.
• Operate therapy modalities and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Document outcomes and contribute to discharge planning.
