Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Murfreesboro, TN. This role involves evaluating patients, developing rehab plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Expect 40 hours per week with day shifts and a competitive compensation package. Applicants should hold a valid PT license and BLS certification; Doctorate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred; new grads welcome)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in the medical record.
