Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in El Paso, Texas. The position requires 40 hours per week, typically 8-hour daytime shifts. You must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a PT degree with licensure and CPR certification.

The Physical Therapist will assess patients, design and implement rehabilitation plans, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTEMust have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals determined with physician guidance.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
