• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of PT experience.

• Other client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct care.
• Establish and administer PT treatment programs with set goals.
• Document condition, progress, and educate patients and families.
• Develop care plans and collaborate with the care team.
