Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in El Paso, Texas. The role covers assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to referred patients, with a focus on achieving functional goals under physician orders.

Requirements include a Doctorate or BPT with NPTE, graduation from an accredited school, 1+ year experience, and current CPR certification. Travel housing, health coverage, and per diem benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
