Job summary

CVHCare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a travel assignment covering Area #4 and Area #5 in Northern California. The role requires potential weekend coverage and travel outside the core territory as needed to maintain weekly visit expectations.

Credential requirements include a current CA PT license, BLS, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance/registration; background checks and annual TB/MMR/HepB/TDap, flu and drug screening are also required.

Qualifications

• Current California PT license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Driver's license and auto insurance/registration may be required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel within Area #4 and Area #5 as assigned; weekend coverage may be required.
• Provide patient care on a per-visit basis with schedule aligned to visits.
• No guaranteed hours; travel and start/end dates set by CVHCare and client.
