Domnovate is actively recruiting licensed Physical Therapists for 13-week travel assignments in Northern California. Opportunities span inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home-health settings with full-time daytime schedules.

Locations are in Northern California, offering flexible assignment options and ongoing extensions. California PT licensure and current BLS are required, with travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• Current BLS certification when required.
• Recent clinical experience in applicable setting.
• Strong assessment, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ strength, mobility, balance and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients, caregivers and family members.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other rehabilitation professionals.
• Follow all facility, professional and regulatory standards.

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Northern California

Earn up to $2,753 per week

Domnovate is actively recruiting licensed Physical Therapists for 13-week travel assignments in Northern California.

Current opportunities include inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and home-health settings. Assignments are available in several Northern California communities, with many offering full-time daytime schedules.

• Location: Northern California
• Gross pay: Up to $2,753 per week
• Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week
• Weekday and weekend schedules vary by assignment
• Multiple settings and locations available
• Possible assignment extensions and additional contracts

Available Settings

• Inpatient rehabilitation
• Outpatient therapy
• Skilled nursing and post-acute care
• Home health
• Hospital-based physical therapy
• Additional rehabilitation settings

Responsibilities
