Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in San Ramon, California. The role requires conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy services across designated service areas while maintaining high professional standards.

Expect 13-week contracts, 40 hours per week, day shifts, with travel to Danville, CA and surrounding areas. CA PT license, BLS, and drug screening are required; drivers license and immunizations are also expected.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Annual TB test and immunizations (MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu).
• Successful completion of a drug screening and physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OASIS assessments and evaluations for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide routine therapy sessions and assess patient progress.
• Document therapy sessions and patient interactions thoroughly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
