Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Marion, OH. You will evaluate patients, create personalized plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in hospital or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
