Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ukiah, CA. The position offers 40 hours per week, days, with a supportive clinical team and travel benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. A PT license and BLS are required; Doctorate preferred and new grads are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
