MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Ukiah, California. The role runs for 13 weeks with a 40-hour week and daytime shifts, starting 11/16/2026, within a supportive clinical team.

The position requires a PT Doctorate or a PT Bachelor’s with NPTE, graduation from an accredited program, and at least one year of experience. Current CPR and a valid state license are required, with other client-specific requirements to be determined.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsabilités

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
