Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Chicago, IL. The PT will work 35 hours per week with a 7‑hour daily shift and provide skilled therapy in a hospital/center setting.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of PT experience (6 months may be accepted for exceptional backgrounds). A 7‑hour shift and travel responsibilities are outlined, with BLS and state licensing required to begin.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience; exceptional candidates with 6 months considered.
• BLS and state licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within the facility following guidelines.
• Comply with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians for plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and evaluate/modify plan of care.
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely documentation per guidelines.
