Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Carmichael, California. The PT will evaluate and treat diverse populations in an acute care setting, supervising PTAs and collaborating with medical staff to implement plans of care.

We require 1 year of experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates), BLS, and state licensing. 35 hours per week, days shift; travel employment with benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and create a plan of care for patients in acute care.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within respective setting following facility guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians and hospital staff for care plans.
• Ensure documentation meets state and insurance guidelines.
