MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a Merced, California assignment. The role requires licensure, 1 year of experience, and a 13-week duration at 40 hours per week with dayshift hours.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree (PT) with NPTE
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Current state PT license or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Other client-specific requirements as determined by the facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document patient conditions, and educate patients and families.
• Develop plans of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to reach team goals for each patient.
