Healthforce is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Sonora, CA. Start date 08/03/2026 with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a 12-hour day shift schedule (07:00–19:00).

The role requires a DPT, California license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least two years of recent PT experience in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,009 to $2,151.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in California or other practicing state.
• CPR certification (BLS or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver PT interventions using evidence-based techniques and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and plan discharges.
