Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Berlin, NH. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, working within hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and calibrate devices.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and injury prevention.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in therapy sessions.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
