Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Concord, California. The position spans 13 weeks, with 40 hours weekly, dayshift in a SNF/LTC setting, and a focus on delivering patient care under PT supervision.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree, PT Aide/PTA licensure (or in process), and CPR certification, ready to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to high-quality rehab outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in-process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under physician orders and supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under supervision of a PT.
• Collaborates effectively with an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.
