Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license or in the licensure process as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders under supervision of a PT.
• Modify treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate the organization's vision, values, and goals into daily performance.
• Work under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver care.
