Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Cleburne, Texas. The role offers a 13-week engagement, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour daytime shifts in a SNF/LTC setting.

You will provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a PT, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patient goals while ensuring compliance with state licensure and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a PTA or in process for licensure.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under physician orders and PT supervision.
• Implement and modify the plan of treatment under PT supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
