Qualifications

• Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with basic computer use; online HR/training platforms preferred.

Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

Responsibilities

Conduct home visits, assist patients recovering from injuries or illnesses to improve mobility and well-being under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Engage in periodic office meetings and provide patient care in a variety of settings.

Qualifications & Skills

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active State License, CPR and BLS certifications, reliable transportation, driver’s license, and familiarity with basic computer use. Knowledge of online HR and training platforms is preferred.
