Responsibilities

Travel between two hospital locations (~23 miles apart) covering inpatient acute care mornings and outpatient services afternoons.
Day shift: 4x10 hours, Monday-Thursday, 7:20am-5:50pm.
Patient ratio of 1:5-10; no weekends or on-call required.
Perform patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation across acute care and outpatient settings.
Use Epic for charting; may float between sister facilities as needed.
Open to first-time travelers; local candidates may be offered a lower rate.

Critical access hospital with 23 total staff beds
PT Acute Care Hospital unit with floating between units based on need
Position requires traveling between two hospital locations approximately 23 miles apart, covering inpatient acute care in the morning and outpatient services in the afternoon
Day shift schedule: 4x10 hours, Monday-Thursday, 7:20am-5:50pm
Patient ratio of 1:5-10
No weekends, on-call, or block scheduling required
Uses Epic for charting
Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation across acute care and outpatient settings
Scrub color is open to any color
No parking fees at this facility
Candidates may be expected to float between sister facilities as needed
Open to first-time travelers
Returning former employees must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate
Candidates must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays
