Qualifications

• PT degree as listed: Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or certificate in Physical Therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapy license required.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• DCI/BVP certification for Workplace Violence Prevention required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability.
• Perform duties in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory requirements.
• Delivery of care in the Physical Rehabilitation unit within an acute care hospital.
