Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Monument, CO. The PT will deliver evaluation, plan of care, and execution in the acute care setting, with 40 hours weekly and 8-hour shifts (days).

Experience requirement: 6 months minimum; 1 year preferred; BLS and state licensing mandatory. Candidate will oversee PTA supervision, bill per setting guidelines, and maintain compliant documentation across state and payer guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of PT experience; 1 year preferred.
• BLS certification and state licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff
• Bill within the facility settings following guidelines
• Interface with Medical Center personnel to ensure plan of care
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes
• Use Medical Center computer systems to perform daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state/insurer guidelines
