Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The role requires 40 hours per week, days shift, and a focus on acute care patient populations with a rotating caseload.

Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months of experience (1 year preferred), a current BLS certification, and active state licensure. The travel PT will supervise PTAs and collaborate with the Medical Center team to implement evidence-based care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; 1 year preferred.
• BLS required; state licensing in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines
