The ideal candidate will hold IL licensure, graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, possess BLS, and have at least 1 year of PT experience with strong communication skills for patients, families, and facility staff.

Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for acute care hospital contract assignments in Rockford, Illinois. Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Illinois

Acute Care Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $2,358 - $2,539 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Acute care setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Physical Therapists will provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Physical Therapists will need to have effective communication skills for working with patients, their families, and other caregivers.
• Physical Therapists may be asked to delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
