Supplemental Health Care is working with a Rehab facility in Rockford, Illinois to hire Occupational Therapists. Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Illinois
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience in a Rehab facility is preferred

Occupational Therapist Contract Details

• $1,772 - $1,953 per week*
• 12-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
• Rehab facility setting
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
