Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. This acute care contract offers 40 hours per week, with 10-hour days, and a travel-friendly environment.

Start ASAP. Must have Wisconsin PT licensure and BLS, with at least 1 year of experience. SHC provides comprehensive benefits, support, and competitive weekly pay of $2,180–$2,351.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Wisconsin.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and facility personnel.

Responsabilités

• Provide PT treatment and patient care per facility guidelines.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families and caregivers.
• May delegate and supervise PT assistants and technicians.
