Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital contract in Whitehall, Wisconsin. The assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, and a travel employment type. Start ASAP with Wisconsin licensure and BLS required.

Compensation ranges weekly from the mid-$2K, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and pet insurance, and 401(k) options. SHC supports ongoing CEU courses and a strong referral program.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Wisconsin.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification.
• Experience: Minimum 1-year as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Potentially delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
