HealthForce Healthcare in Ukiah, CA seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital. Start date is November 9, 2026, with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a 5x8 daytime shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Weekly pay ranges from $2,612 to $2,665.

The role requires a DPT, active PT license, CPR/BLS, and at least two years of outpatient experience, ideally in a hospital acute care setting. Assignment support and credentialing assistance are provided.

Qualificações

• DPT degree and active state license.
• BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor.
• Minimum 2 years outpatient PT experience.
• Experience in a hospital-based acute care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical function.
• Serve as co‑leader in interdisciplinary patient groups and collaborate with the care team.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations; establish individualized treatment plans; provide therapy interventions.
• Establish and communicate discharge plans; coordinate with patients, families, and care team.
• Complete thorough clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants as appropriate.
