Job summary

TotalMed Allied invites a Physical Therapist to join a 13‑week travel assignment in Viroqua, Wisconsin. The PT will work 40 hours per week with 10‑hour rotations in an acute care setting, supervising PTAs and collaborating with physicians to deliver a comprehensive plan of care.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, or 6 months for exceptional candidates, and must hold BLS and state PT licensure.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• Must have state-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care in the acute care setting.
• Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff; bill within the setting.
• Interface with physicians and Medical Center staff to ensure a team-based plan of care.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state and/or insurance guidelines.
