Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an 8-week assignment in Longview, WA. The role offers the opportunity to evaluate and treat patients across hospitals and clinics, with a focus on evidence-based care and patient independence.

Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapy license and BLS, with Doctorate preferred. New grads welcome. Travel benefits include competitive pay, benefits from day one, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; experience may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Ensure infection control and safety policies are followed.
