Protouch Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Silverdale, Washington. This home health role runs for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and occasional weekend coverage.

Local or travel contract; 8-hour shifts; 32 hours guaranteed in some cases. Seeking a PT to deliver home health services across the Silverdale area, including North/South service lines.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State PT license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• 1–2 years PT experience in acute care or rehabilitation required.
• HCHB EMR experience preferred.
• Home health/home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Document assessments, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and home programs.
• Travel throughout assigned North or South service areas to provide patient care.

Required Qualifications & Skills
