Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 27-week assignment in Yeagertown, PA. The role offers 40 hours per week, eight-hour shifts, and competitive pay with comprehensive benefits.

Required qualifications include a PA PT license and current BLS; Doctorate is preferred. New grads are welcome. This position involves evaluating, diagnosing and treating patients in hospital, clinic or rehab settings with a focus on mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in PA
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to coordinate care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control
