Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Rowlett, TX. The role requires evaluating patients, creating evidence-based plans, and delivering therapy in hospital/clinic settings.

You’ll work 40 hours per week, with 8‑hour days, starting 12/14/2026 and traveling to diverse facilities across Texas. Ideal candidates hold a valid PT license and BLS, with a Doctorate in PT preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe practices.
