Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Houston, TX. The role offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour days, and requires a valid PT license and current BLS certification.

As part of our team, you’ll deliver evidence-based care across hospital and clinic settings, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients on home exercise programs. Travel benefits and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
