Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Frederick, Maryland. You will evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments, develop personalized plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team in a facility setting.

The role requires an active PT license and current BLS certification. Doctorate in physical therapy is preferred, and new grads may apply. Travel positions include competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using a range of techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record with accuracy.
