Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Rainsville, Alabama. The position offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday; weekend work is available if you prefer. Start date is 09/30/2026 and the assignment runs for 13 weeks.

• HCHB experience required
• Home health experience required
