Details

• Provides physical therapy services across inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation Service areas
• Caseload of 8-10 patients per day
• Treats mostly adults with occasional pediatric patients in the outpatient setting
• Common diagnoses include CVA/stroke, TBI, fractures, joint replacement, amputation, falls, weakness, balance impairment, neurological disorders, pulmonary or cardiac dysfunction, post-surgical rehab, orthopedic injuries, and arthritis
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Utilizes equipment such as rolling/standard/platform walkers, canes, crutches, wheelchairs, gait belts, transfer/slide boards, sit-to-stand lifts, shower chairs, raised toilet seats, and bedside commodes
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with no weekend rotation or on-call requirements
• No floating required
