Job Overview

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Leominster, Massachusetts, with a start date of 05/11/2026 and a duration of 13 weeks. The role requires 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts under a travel employment arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.


• Provide direct patient care, evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.


• Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals, adjusting according to patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.


• Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families about the physical therapy method.


• Develop a plan of care for each patient.


• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.


• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.


• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.


• Must have graduated from an accredited school.


• Minimum one year of experience.


• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be actively pursuing licensure.


• Current CPR certification.


• Additional client‑specific requirements may apply.
