Requirements

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care, establishing and administering treatment programs under physician direction, setting realistic goals, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and families.

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet therapy goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
